Breakfast at the mall.

The Italian leprechaun and I made one of our trips to the big city this morning. First thing was breakfast and coffee at our favourite coffee shop.

Cuppa chino first, didn't know the barrista had a soft spot for me. So good I ordered a second cup.

Never a truer word printed on a paper coaster.

A months supply of cholestrol, "the great South African breakfast", but to quote May West, "A little bit of excess is good for you", but as someone once said, you can't buy happiness but you can always buy bacon".

They learn more all the time that the cholesterol you eat is surprisingly unrelated to that in your blood. Mine went down a hundred points when I started taking 400 IU of Vitamin E every day. Arterial plaque due to homogenized milk is a greater worry, I think, so I try to get some soluable fiber to scrub that out.

Good looking breakfast, but I take my bacon a bit crispier. Everything else is good to go.

I can almost feel my arteries closing up just looking at the pictures but I am ready to go.

Grace and peace.

I have to say YUM for Grant as he misses a decent breakfast and has to wait until we go out again! Was that at Mugg and Bean? Enjoy xxx
