Winter arrived with a bang today, at the moment it's 6 degrees centigrade as to yesterday this time 20+. The weatherman predicts sleet and snow on the Berg over the next couple of days.

Took these photos of very high streaky clouds yesterday, a sure sign of a coming change in the weather.
I was using my new polarizing filter on my camera lens, the sun was partially obscured by the sun. Not good to point your camera directly at the sun and take a photo.
At the moment I'm in Pretoria again, after a long bus journey, more about that later. When I left Estcourt yesterday at 3 o'clock it was snowing, and it seemed that it snowed all through the night.

When I phoned this morning I was told the snow was between 10 & 15cm deep, 4 - 6 inches.
